This piece has been great for stopping my storing! It does say that if you have TMJ you shouldn't use it; however, I had to try it. My wife and I wind up sleeping in separate rooms many times due to my snoring. This has stopped my storing! Since I do have TMJ, I do wake up with my mouth hurting and sometimes a headache. I've just decided to keep trying to save our sanity. I highly recommend this product, but you will need a few nights to get used to it.

This device absolutely eliminated my chronic snoring. I used the SnoreLab app and observed scores averaging in the 80s and going up into the 100s (very loud and sustained). My first night using the SnoreRx Plus, my SnoreLab score was 6. My spouse confirmed the change in decibel level. I also had a minor issue that customer service resolved quickly and 100% to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend SnoreRx.

This has stopped my snoring! It did take a few days to get used to, and I still usually experience some soreness in my teeth in the morning, though that seem to be decreasing week by week. But it works well for me, and my wife sleeps more soundly now. I appreciate the ability to adjust the Plus version.

This absolutely works, the issue is that, for me, it took quite a while (over 2 weeks) to not wake up with very sore teeth and jaws and a headache. It’s much better now but only because I persevered. However, once through that period, I’m totally ok with slightly sore teeth for 30 mins in the morning to allow my partner a good night’s sleep!!
