This piece has been great for stopping my storing! It does say that if you have TMJ you shouldn't use it; however, I had to try it. My wife and I wind up sleeping in separate rooms many times due to my snoring. This has stopped my storing! Since I do have TMJ, I do wake up with my mouth hurting and sometimes a headache...
